Collard Greens (bunch)

A bunch of freshly cut collard greens. One of our favourite greens, and absolutely under-rated! A leafy brassica that tastes like a combination of cabbage and silverbeet, quite sweet and super nutritious too.

Use thinly sliced in salads, braised, steamed, or in stews.
