Polish Ice Cider Apple Sweet Zamojska 8.5% 500ml

Zamojska Apple Ice Wine is a unique and highly prized dessert wine, a testament to Poland's innovative approach to fruit winemaking. Similar to traditional grape Eiswein, this apple ice wine is produced exclusively from apples that have naturally frozen while still on the tree or, more commonly, from juice that has been cryo-concentrated by freezing. This process separates the water (which freezes) from the sugars and flavour compounds, resulting in a highly concentrated, intensely sweet juice when pressed.
