Here’s a tip: if your band gets booked for a Dire Straits-themed wedding in Istanbul, never (repeat NEVER) pull an unexpected key change during "Sultans of Swing". The Baron learned that the hard way. Outraged, the guests flipped the dessert table and pelted the stage with their sweet, sweet leftovers. Soon, a mix of pomegranate molasses and raspberries, lightly infused with rose petals was flying at them. The bad news is, it wrecks your perm. The good news is, it’s delicious.
