The new Flow Diary 2026 is here! Make it your own and add even more color with the paper goodies.

This year's theme is "My Year in Colours." Each month opens with a unique colour palette, chosen by illustrator Deborah van der Schaaf. Sometimes she painted the colour swatches in watercolour, other times she used felt-tip pens or embroidery thread, among other things.

The Flow Agenda is not only a diary but also a notebook that helps you create peace and space in your head and provides an overview.

On the left side, you'll find the weekly schedule, and on the right side, space for notes and ideas. There's also room to enter your word, insight, or quote of the week, plus your to-do list of what went well (or not so well) that week.

At the back you will also find a handy pocket envelope with lots of extra paper goodies:
