Monica Roof Extract Units

The Monica range is a compact and effective fan and cowl system designed for simple installation and reliable performance. With no need for time-consuming upstands, the units mount directly through roof sheeting and are sealed with Aquaseal flashing. Available in a variety of tube lengths, Monica fans provide a discreet, low-profile solution for both residential and commercial ventilation.

The range now includes the Monica 150 mm and 200 mm EC fan versions, which feature energy-saving EC motors for even greater efficiency and control.
