Usage Instructions:
Weigh meat and calculate 27g of spice per 1kg
Mix meat and spice thoroughly
Add Worcester sauce and vinegar (60–100g/kg)
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Mince (5mm x 5mm) and fill into casing
Hang to dry
Ingredients include: Salt, spices, spice extracts, MSG, dextrose, vinegar powder, preservatives, antioxidants, vegetable oil, and dehydrated vegetables.
