No juice clarification.It was bottled without fining or filtration. Bright straw in colour. THE WREKIN - Pinot Noir 2022The fruit was hand-picked at 3 different dates to ensure optimum ripeness across the different Pinot Noir clones (667, 777, 115,114, Abel). The grapes were destemmed and gravity fed into open-top fermenters. The juice was inoculated with yeast from ‘The Wrekin’ vineyard. During fermentation a mix of gentle hand plunging, and pump overs occurred. After 18 days on skins the wine was gently pressed and transferred to French oak, where it aged for 14 months.
