ROSELL BOHER

Rosell Boher are celebrating 20 years since their first sparkling vintage and 120 years of winemaking tradition. It all began in 1999 when the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the current winemaker Alejandro Martínez.

Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher have continued the French tradition of Champagne, making products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.

Rosell Boher are a young winery with history, tradition that produces wines of excellence.

ORIGIN AND PREPARATION
100% Malbec from the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. 60% of the mass matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, for first and second use.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
14ºC to 18ºC.


Tasting Notes

VIEW
It is a clean and bright wine of a purplish red color with dark reflections, of medium to medium-high intensity. His tears are well defined.

NOSE
It has aromas of ripe red fruits such as plums with floral touches and some minerals. Notes of wood are also appreciated with the presence of toast, coffee, vanilla and leather.

MOUTH
It has a friendly entry where the notes perceived on the nose are intensified. It has a great polyphenolic structure and sweet tannins that make it full on the palate. Its alcoholic richness is in balance with acidity.
