ROSELL BOHER
Rosell Boher are celebrating 20 years since their first sparkling vintage and 120 years of winemaking tradition. It all began in 1999 when the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the current winemaker Alejandro Martínez.
Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher have continued the French tradition of Champagne, making products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.
Rosell Boher are a young winery with history, tradition that produces wines of excellence.
ORIGIN AND PREPARATION
100% Pinot Noir from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán, at 1250 MSNM. Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
This sparkling wine was developed under the Traditional Method or Champenoise, respecting a minimum time on less of 30 months.
Category: Brut.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
6ºC to 8ºC.
Tasting Notes
VIEW
It has a soft red color with ruby tones, bright, persistent foam and small bubbles
NOSE
Intense fruit aromas such as cherries, raspberries, citrus, pineapple, coconut and some toast and yeast.
MOUTH
Good body, fresh with good acidity, long and balanced. Soft and delicate foam. Present red fruits and citrus.
