RECOMMENDED USE OPTIONS:

- BEFORE TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water.

- AFTER TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water immediately after training.

- NON TRAINING DAYS: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water between meal(s).

Maximum of 2 servings per day. Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture
