Fresh New Zealand Lime juice squeezed from Tahitian and Bearss Limes and pasteurised for longer shelf life. Fabulous for many uses: marinating fish or seafood the "Mexican way" in ceviche style; in a dessert (see our use in recipe section) and/or with cocktails or as a non alcoholic drink.
