PRE-ORDER DEC 23: Rüdi's ORIGINAL Sourdough (V+)

PRE-ORDER for collection TUESDAY DEC 23 - from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 7.30am & 1.30pm.

We're doing a special bake for those wanting to stock up for the holiday period!

Flour, salt and water, that's all that goes into Rüdi's Original signature loaves. A mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours is used, together with sourdough starter and slow fermentation.

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.

The wholemeal and rye flours used are organic and sourced from Milmore Downs farm in Canterbury.
