Rüdi's Rescue - Sourdough Loaf (2-days old)

Rüdi's Rescue - Sourdough Loaf (2-days old) is selected from either Rüdi's Original, Seeded or the weekly Special (changes each week).

What you receive depends entirely on what remains at the end of the previous day.

Our naturally fermented sourdough keeps beautifully for around a week, so by rescuing a loaf from 2 days ago, you're helping give beautifully made bread a second chance - while enjoying it at a very reduced price.

Please note:

- Loaves are pre-selected. If you'd prefer a different loaf, we're happy to exchange it for another available Rescue Loaf where stock allows
- Collection is from Rüdi's @ Riverbank Lane between 8.30am and 1.00pm on the same day of purchase
- Orders are non-refundable and we cannot guarantee holding your Rescue Bag beyond the nominated collection day
- Products may contain allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds. Please ask if you'd like allergen information for your selected loaf
- Our sourdough is delicious as is, or can be refreshed by lightly sprinkling it with water and heating it in a preheated 160°C oven for 5–10 minutes to recreate a freshly baked crust

Rescue Loaves are available in very limited quantities and must be purchased online before collection.
