Mid Grade RGB Baselit Blade 1" (Parabolic) - Sulphur City Sabers

Available in either 37″ or 32″ length, this is a 1″ diameter (hollow) blade for an RGB Baselit installed saber. It has a parabolic tip secured into the blade by two plastic lugs.

NOTE , these are thinner walled, lighter (hence a little faster to wield) blades. Being thinner, they are NOT warrantied for dueling … but experienced duelers do use them for such, for the faster handling. Duelers simply accept the fact that they are not as durable and may require replacement more often.

EXPECTATIONS : the fastest I’ve seen one fail is 3 sessions, against a heavy hitting dueler using a heavy grade blade. The longest I’ve seen one last is 18 months of weekly use.

When they fail, it’s usually a crack in the end 4-6″ or so. The blade can then be cut back, the tip glued in and the blade re-used as a shorted shoto blade.
