Garlic Chives - Superb Herb

The ancient Chinese admired this herb for its healing properties, but today we appreciate its tasty identity crisis in Asian and Eastern European cuisine. The herb has been named after its taste. Though it belongs to the onion family but it tastes like garlic and though it is similar to the usual Chives, it has no quality of the usual Chives or onion leaves
