Superfoodies Seaweed Mineral Salt is a potent blend of Seagreens® wild harvested organic Knotted Wrack (Ascophyllum nodosum), a brown seaweed from Great Britain, and New Zealand Natural Sea Salt. Seaweed has a natural salt content, largely in the form of potassium salts, meaning that the sodium content is reduced in this 50 / 50 blend. The balance between sodium and potassium is important for maintaining cardiovascular health.
