Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Bluish violet color with aromas reminiscent of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, plums, and notes of pepper. On the palate it presents an explosion of fruit, a spectacular, dense, and extremely juicy wine with a slight sweetness that makes it very pleasant.

Food Pairing: Meats with barbecue sauce, tacos, and being a young but powerful wine, it can be accompanied with somewhat spicy foods.
