Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Intense purple color with blue flashes. On the nose, it presents notes of forest fruits, ripe red fruits, with a touch of fresh mint. In the mouth, its fleshy and juicy tannins are shown with a pleasant sensation of volume and fluidity with a long and enveloping finish.

Food Pairing: Red meats, game pieces, lamb, stews or as dessert with a good dark chocolate.
