Tasting notes: : Ruby red color. Very expressive, Well-structured wine with a frank attack, a mid-palate with silky tannins and a finish with a touch bitterness. The length in the mouth is moderate. Notes of red fruits, woody dimension with hints of vanilla.

Food Pairing: Ideal with a nice piece of beef.
