Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Fuchsia color with violet hues. Fruity nose mango, apple, melon, and apricot with floral notes of magnolia and honeysuckle. On the palate it is seductive, exotic, and complex. Balanced acidity with an attractive sweetness accompanied by a perceptible pearly touch on the palate.

Food Pairing: Fresh salads, bruschetta with salmon and
cream cheese, seafood and white meats.
