Winemaking: 14 months in 75% American and 25% French oak barrels, the rest in bottles.

Tasting notes: Clean and bright with very fine free-run wine. High intensity with ruby red tonality. High aromatic intensity. Red and black fruits, reminding of cherry filled chocolate integrated with a touch of sweet and spiced wood (vanilla and cinnamon). On the palate voluminous, fills the mouth with silky tannins from the first moment, good body and structure. Long and persistent with an aftertaste of wood and ripe, red and black fruits.

Food Pairing: Cold meats, grilled fish and meat, as well as small game.
