Cancellation

You may cancel your order by contacting us on order@sushiday.co.nz or 09) 44 2 before 9am on the day of delivery. We will NOT be able to cancel and give you a credit if you after 9am and you will need to pick up your order from the school office.

Account Funds Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests MUST be submitted by logging into your account and requesting a withdrawal under. ie You need to enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit red “Withdraw̶ ; button.

Once your request has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email from us to confirm your account details ie School Name, Student Name, Room Number and Bank Account Number. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your withdrawal payment.

Please note that we can only process a withdrawal for the full balance remaining on your account (No partial balance will be accepted).
