150mm Medical Castors - 200KG Rated

Medical castors with 150mm grey rubber wheels are a reliable choice for institutional trolleys, beds, chairs, and equipment carrying up to 800kg over longer distances. The rounded wheel profile ensures smooth turning and excellent floor protection on all surfaces, including vinyl, tile, and concrete.

The castor forks are zinc-plated with a clear lacquer Core Coat finish, providing high corrosion resistance and durability. Suitable for stainless steel, chrome, aluminium, metal, or wooden furniture in non-corrosive environments. Each fork features two full rows of ball bearings in the headrace for smooth, quiet swivelling.

Available with a 12.7mm bolt hole mounting option and an optional total brake to securely lock both swivel and roll movement.

Mounting is via a single M12 bolt through the centre of the bolt hole. Swivel castors have a swept radius of 130mm, while the total brake version has a swept radius of 153mm. Overall height is 187mm, with a maximum rolling load capacity of 200kg per castor.

The grey rubber wheels measure 150mm in diameter and 34mm in tread width, featuring an 8mm bore and 40mm hub width running on twin sealed precision bearings.
