Our signature rich chocolate sponge, layered with bold Santos espresso–infused meringue buttercream and decadent in-house salted caramel. It’s finished with a drizzle of salted caramel and a candied pecan crumble for a perfectly balanced hit of sweet, salty, and bitter.

Collection & Storage:
Can be collected the day before and will taste just as good the next day when stored in the fridge overnight (in the box provided).
