This creamy tropical curd is both tangy and sweet. Use with trifle, yoghurt and ice cream, fill miniature tarts or use as cupcake fillings. For a decadent topping on toast, crumpets, pancakes or scones, spread with cream cheese and then drizzle with curd. Awesome paired with fresh lime, freeze dried raspberry or toasted coconut.
