Zoe's Caramelised Onion

Made predominantly with red onions, hence the sweetness. Tasty component for a pizza, and goes well with pork sausages and other red meats, or serve with cheese, pate and avocados.

Ingredients : red onions (40%), white onions (30%), brown sugar, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, ginger, mustard seeds and black pepper.
