A beautiful classic paint recipe that is timeless, light, airy and neutral. A popular go-to for our customers utilising grey and white and creating a soft neutral and versatile finish.
Dove is a beautiful soft grey and with a Crystal coloured wax it creates a beautiful limed patina and effect that is classic and timeless with a strong nod to the french look.

The two combinations of colours are easy to dress around and a great finish if you are looking at softening a piece, for your interior space. A finish that looks complicated but very easy to achieve for beginners.

1 Litre Dove Chalk paint
125ml of Crystal Chalk paint
Vintro Clear Wax
2020 Staalmeester brush
Staalmeester wax brush
Steel Wool
Clean lint free rags
Vintro Metallic Gold or gold gilding wax (optional)

Mix Crystal Chalk Paint to your clear wax to create a white coloured wax

Brush on your coloured wax thinly and detail your piece of furniture at the same time working in sections and gently wiping excess wax as you go with a clean lint-free rag, Check out our Video Guides
Highlight and even out your coloured wax by using your fine steel wool over your coloured wax.
Metallic gold is optional: add metallic gold gilding wax for a touch of luxe on details
