Origin: Grown at a latitude of 35°N in the coastal mountains of the northern part of China. The region's unique combination of gentle sunlight, oceanic humidity, and rich mineral soil creates an ideal environment for tea cultivation.
Aroma: A balanced and inviting fragrance combining roasted chestnut and fresh bean notes
Appearance: Tightly rolled, slender leaves with a deep green colour. The leaves are thick and substantial, indicating high quality and careful craftsmanship.
Taste: Fresh, smooth, and brisk on the palate, with a clean entrance and a soft sweetness that lingers. Umami and light vegetal tones give way to a lasting, pleasant aftertaste.
Brewing: Best brewed with 80–85°C (176–185°F) water. Ideal for glass or GaiWan, teaware. Can be re-steeped 6 to 8 times to enjoy its evolving layers.
