Earthend Khandallah Honey

Earthend’s Urban Collection honey is a little jar of Wellington sunshine. Cold processed and unfiltered, this garden honey comes from a small handful of hives tucked into the leafy backyards of Khandallah, harvested in Summer 2024/2025. It’s a true local taste snapshot, with established native Pohutukawa adding a gentle floral lift.

Flavour-wise, it’s sweet and often citrusy, with lovely notes of Turkish delight and caramel. Think of it as an all-rounder honey, perfect for a daily immunity boost straight off the spoon, or drizzled through salad dressings, yoghurt, baking, or desserts.
