Hot,Aromatic, Delicious. High brix. High allicin content.
8 to 10 medium cloves per bulb. Longest keeping hardneck.
Our favourite culinary garlic , are available mid Feb to Sept.
Generally smaller bulbs, with intense flavours and long storage make Te Mata Creole NZs most popular garlic. Can be grown through-out in the home garden.
