'Tipua' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

In Maori legend, Tipua is a shape-shifter. So too is our Tipua wine, only made in an exceptional vintage and only then when one variety from that vintage really shines.

This single barrel allocation, was made with fruit from a parcel of 30 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines, from our original plantings back in 1989.

This unique wine the perhaps the first and only expression of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Onetangi Valley on the market.

300 bottles produced, with an initial allocation of 150 available now.
