Course Content: My Hypnobirthing classes are a nurturing antenatal course designed to educate expectant mothers about their amazing birthing bodies. Using education, gentle hypnosis techniques and many other tools, these classes help you feel calm, relaxed, and confident, allowing your mind and body to work in harmony during birth. You'll leave feeling empowered, not just for your birthing experience, but for your entire journey into motherhood.
You have the option of my 5 week HypnoBirthing workshop or my 2 hour HypnoBirthing Intensive class
