Callicarpa bodinieri

, commonly known as Beauty Berry, is an attractive deciduous shrub with purple-tinged foliage and a graceful open habit. In summer it produces small dark pink flowers which are followed by striking clusters of rich purple berries in autumn. These vivid berries persist on the bare stems after leaf drop providing outstanding seasonal interest.
