Ceropegia woodii

commonly known as Chain of Hearts is a robust trailing succulent with thick, fleshy, heart-shaped leaves arranged in pairs, creating a delicate yet striking cascading effect. From spring to autumn, it produces light pink-mauve flowers, adding a soft pop of colour to its already charming form.

This adaptable plant thrives in indoor or patio positions, ideally placed in a bright spot away from direct sunlight. While hardy in most conditions, Chain of Hearts is frost-tender, so it’s best kept protected from cold temperatures.
