Hebe hookeri

a low-growing New Zealand native shrub forming a spreading mat of small, glossy green leaves. In late spring and summer it produces clusters of soft lilac to pale mauve flowers, adding gentle seasonal colour.

Well suited to rockeries, alpine gardens, coastal sites and well drained borders. Prefers full sun to part shade and free draining soil. Evergreen and hardy, providing year-round texture, structure and groundcover appeal.
