Rhododendron Impeditum

A compact, low growing Rhododendron forming a dense mound of tiny dark green foliage that develops rich bronze tones through winter. In early spring it is smothered in vivid purple flowers, creating striking contrast against the evergreen leaves. Ideal for rock gardens, borders and containers.

Prefers acidic, well drained soil. Sun to semi shade. Very hardy and Evergreen.
