It is part of a homage by Sun Surf to Union Supply - a pre-war company that was primarily focussed on providing durable garments for sugar plantation workers in Hawaii, where durability and were essential.

The fabric is a 12.5ox Ahina denim, lighter with more breathability and everyday comfort. The construction follows the essential codes of traditional work jackets: straight fit, sturdy build, and functional details.
