The Big Smoke BBQ Classes runs for 4 hours and methods of cooking include pork, beef, lamb, seafood, chicken, smoked cheese and more. You will learn the secrets to a good brisket or the perfect steak, juicy wings or perfect pork ribs cooked over charcoal and more!
The class covers:
- fire and heat management
- rubs and sauces,
- different bbq methods, temperatures of food and bbq,
- different smoking woods.
- Meat selection and preparation,
- Processes and techniques of BBQ.
Make sure you bring your questions with you to ask the experts first hand.
