Insel-Brauerei Snorkelers Sea Salt IPA Non Alcoholic

Cold evening. Bold IPA. Something different in your glass. Insel-Brauerei Snorkelers Sea Salt IPA is a 0.5% ale from Germany's island of Rügen, with a twist: a small amount of sea salt added to the brew. Not enough to taste like the ocean. Just enough to sharpen the hop character and round off the bitterness.

Amber in the glass with a creamy head. Citrus and tropical fruit on the nose: grapefruit, mango, mandarin. On the palate it leads with fruity sweetness, then the hops come through with proper bitterness, and the salt lands quietly at the finish. One for IPA fans. If you prefer your beer on the sweeter side, the Surfers Summer Ale is the better starting point.

Serve well chilled in a tulip glass. Under 0.5% ABV. Delivered anywhere in NZ.
