The one you crack on a crisp sunny winter's day. Insel-Brauerei Surfers Summer Ale is a 0.5% ale from the island of Rügen on Germany's Baltic coast. Brewed with barley malt, wheat, hops and yeast, then the alcohol is gently removed so every bit of flavour stays in the bottle.

Golden and hazy with a proper frothy head. The aroma leads with orange and citrus. On the palate is tropical fruit and a biscuity malt base, with a moderately tart finish and hop bitterness that lingers just long enough.
