The Chiller x Little Doozy Caravan Bar ~ 0% Raspberry Mimosa

This Raspberry Mimosa is incredibly easy to drink. The ideal balance of sweet from the sparkling wine and tart from the raspberry, with rich, ripe orange and refreshing lemon. Light, fresh and summery. A hit for brunch, in the sun or by the pool.

All the ingredients you need to pour a minimum of 12 deliciously crafted, alcohol-free RASPBERRY MIMOSAS including:

- Lyre's Classico Grande Sparkling Wine 2x 750ml
- McCoy Orange Juice, 1x 1L
- Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup 1x 500ml

Method:
- Pour 20-30ml of orange juice (depending on glass size) into your glass.
- Gently pour a dash of raspberry syrup down the side of the glass, so it settles on the bottom.
- Top up with sparkling wine

Each product contains ABV 0.5% or less.

Little Doozy is a vintage 1963 caravan and a boutique BYO bar service run by Karen, a talented and passionate drink expert, who keeps the drinks flowing at NZ's most idyllic spots. The 0% Raspberry Mimosa debuted at an all alcohol-free wedding at the stunning Parihoa Farm in November and will be served by Little Doozy at weddings and events throughout Summer.
