This Limoncello Spritz 0% Cocktail Kit pairs Pallini Limonzero, the world's first alcohol-free limoncello, made with the same Sfusato lemons Pallini has used in its recipe since 1875, with the crisp, honeyed notes of Oddbird Blanc de Blancs, an alcohol-free sparkling wine aged 12 months in the traditional Champagne style. A splash of Alchemy & Tonic Grapefruit & Thyme Tonic, made in New Zealand, lifts the citrus and finishes the glass.

Method:
- Add ice to your wine/spritz glass.
- Add 60ml Pallini Limonzero to your glass.
- Add 60ml Oddbird Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine.
- Top with Alchemy Grapefruit & Thyme tonic.
- Stir and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint (optional).
