- Lyre's Dry London Gin 1x 700ml

Lyre's Italian Orange 1x 700ml

Simple Syrup 1x 375ml
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 1x 245ml

- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 1x 245ml

- Egg white or alternative foamer

- Lyre's Classico Grande Non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine 1x 750ml
INGREDIENTS - Makes 1 serving

- 25ml Lyre's Dry London Gin
- 25ml Lyre's Italian Orange
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Egg white or alternative foamer
- 60ml Lyre's Classico Grande
RECIPE
- Add all ingredients except Classico. Dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again (when you think it’s done shake for slightly longer.)
- Pour Classico into a chilled glass. Top with Aperitif mix.
Multiply it for larger groups.
