The Perfect Serve: Mix 200mls sparkling water with 30mls of GIMBER N°1 Original in a glass. Finish with a sprig of thyme or mint Gimber Raspberry Daiquiri: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 10 second. Pour through a strainer into a coupette glass without ice.
Ingredients:

- 30 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
- 30 ml raspberry coulis
- 20 ml lime
- 10 ml cane sugar syrup
- 30 ml strong brewed hibiscus tea
- Ice
GIM Tonic: Mix 200mls tonic water with 30mls of GIMBER N°1 Original in a glass. Finish off with a sprig of rosemary.
