Ingredients:

- 30 ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
- 40 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml spicy syrup (rosemary, cilantro seed, cardamom)
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- Soda
- Roasted grapefruit
- Sprig of rosemary
- Ice
Method:
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add the GIMBER N°2 Brut, pink grapefruit juice, spicy syrup and lemon juice and stir.
- Top with soda and stir gently.
- Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
