This Methode Traditionelle Apple Cider underwent a secondary fermentation within this bottle. Left to mature on its lees added to its’ flavour, texture, and complexity. Aromas of orange blossom and brioche. Flavours of dried apricot and lemon curd are paired with subtle tannins, a fine creamy mousse, and a cleansing acidic finish.
