Midsummer Pickle
A Foraged in Raglan “Best Seller". If you need a chutney that’s a good all-rounder then this is it. It has what I would call a “sweet & sour" vibe. So it suits both those who like a sweet pickle and those who like a slightly more vinegar based pickle.
Serve with:
You could eat this pickle with any cheese , spread on a sarnie, toastie, burger or my favourite is to eat with my salad instead of a dressing.
Keep refrigerated once opened.
