Made from heavy cast aluminium the Brikka works like a traditional stove top Moka pot. However, the Brikka features an innovative new pressure valve that permits brewing to begin after optimum pressure is reached. The coffee produced is smooth and with a delicious crema. Makes 4 espresso cups.
