NZ-grown whole Wheat flour - with no synthetic man-made folic acid added! NOTE: Organic Flour Mills does NOT add any folic acid to the organic wheat flour (nor to any other flours)! Our wheat flour naturally has all the B vitamins in it, which we do not refine or remove, so the whole wheat flour already includes folate or B9 and does NOT need any added synthetic man-made folic acid! Wheat flour is the most commonly used flour both commercially and domestically. At Organic Flour Mills we produce only organic NZ-grown whole wheat flour. This is more nutritious than "wholemeal" flour, because it is unrefined and unbleached - the full bran and germ of the wheat are retained in our milling process. Is Wheat Flour Good for you?

We retain the maximum nutriments of the organic whole wheat grain, as neither the bran nor germ are removed when (or after) it's milled into flour. And our flour is not bleached nor refined. Also, we mill our wheat in Zentrofan cyclone mills, which prevents the flour becoming overheated in the process, therefore retaining maximum nutriments. And finally, we use only organic hard wheat, certified BioGro, grown in the South Island of New Zealand , which means it is reliably free of chemical sprays and has been grown in ideal conditions. We have been to the South Island (NZ) organic wheat farm and seen it for ourselves :)
