Ceres - Ancient Grains Soup Mix / 500g

The protein-power of quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and lentils come together in this unique dry soup mix made of ancient “super grains" with bits of savoury sundried tomatoes.

Vegetarian and fibre-rich, it makes delicious, hearty meals simply by cooking in water or broth and added with your favourite vegetables. It’s a "must have" pantry item all year round.

To cook: Start with 1 cup of water or broth to 1 cup of Ancient Grains Soup Mix. Bring to boil and simmer until the lentils are fully cooked, adding more liquid as needed.
